The Station House Apartments is a 3-story brick structure located in the heart of Susquehanna Borough on Main Street. Interior demolition work to prepare for renovation work started early summer 2008. Total exterior and interior renovation took considerable time, due to the complete rear wall of the structure having to be replaced.

This $1.9 million project took a building in a state of disrepair and created modern, affordable, and very comfortable apartments for the elderly. There are 4 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. The interior of this structure was completely gutted and rebuilt. All plumbing, heating and electrical systems were replaced, a security system installed, and an elevator included to service 3 floors. All windows were replaced and the apartments were well insulated to provide heating and air conditioning energy efficiency. The roof stupport sturcture was repaired, and a new rubber roof was installed. Appliances are provided in each apartment, including availablility of in-house washers and dryers.

Necessary services, such as a grocery store, pharmacy, convenience store, restaurants, banks, post office, and other miscellaneous stores are located within walking distance.
