The Albro Centre, located in Bradford County at 103 South Elmer Avenue, Sayre, was purchased by Trehab in December, 2007. This 4-story building is managed by Trehab and currently leased to the Guthrie Clinic for administrative office space.
Station House Apartments
The Station House apartments is a 3-story brick structure located in the heart of Susquehanna Borough. The $1.9 million project took a building in a state of disrepair and created modern, affordable, and very comfortable apartments for the elderly from it.
Old Doctor’s House Apartments
The Old Doctor’s House in Laceyville, PA was once used by Tyler Memorial Hospital as a physician’s office. Renovated and opened for residency in 2006, the site now provides apartments for people aged 62 and older.
Oak Ridge Townhouses
Oak Ridge Townhouses, located off Colonial Drive in north Towanda, is a $6 million development providing to the area 40 energy efficient townhouses for low-moderate income working people.
The Lockhart is located in downtown Sayre, in Bradford County. Renovation of this Sayre cornerstone historical structure started in July 2005, with residency available September 1, 2006. The total development cost was $2 million.
Formerly known as the Golden Eagle Hotel, this housing development is located in downtown Towanda, in Bradford County. The project supported area affordable housing and community development strategies by providing adequate housing for low to moderate income families.
Packer – Wilbur
This project was a $3.5 million renovation of the Wilbur Hotel in Sayre, Bradford County, PA. The building is a four-story structure currently housing commercial businesses on the first floor, with 30 apartments on the three upper floors providing affordable housing for low-moderate income residents.
The Schoolhouse Hill housing development in Mehoopany, Wyoming County broke ground on June 9, 2012. This $4.7 million development will provide housing for 20 income eligible senior residents aged 55 and older.
This new housing development in Wellsboro, Tioga County is designed to provide 40 pleasant, affordable 2 and 3 bedroom units for area residents. The development plan also includes a clubhouse with a kitchen and a walking trail.
The Meadows at Tiffany Pines
The Meadows at Tiffany Pines is in Bridgewater Township, Susquehanna County. This development, designed to provide 40 affordable family housing units, is located off SR 706 and McCollum Road.
Towanda Terrace is located on Main Street in Towanda, Bradford County. This development, located at the one time site of a furniture factory destroyed by fire, is designed to provide 38 pleasant, affordable living spaces for people aged 62 and older, along with commercial space on the first floor.
Gateway Commons in Athens, Bradford County, is a 40 unit, 10 building development planned in the Traditional Neighborhood Design. The development plan includes multiple housing types, a community building, a play area, and a nature trail.
