Potatoes and Pumpkins

Trehab's food banks recently received two large produce donations.  Bob Miller donated over 1,000 pounds of potatoes from his fields- which he grew especially for the food bank.  He was helped in his donation by the Boy Scouts, who dug and bagged those potatoes.

A large load of pumpkins were also donated by Paul and Marian Jones, & Barry Heinbach's farm (in Rush).

Through the kindness of these local residents, and the generosity and caring of so many others who have supported our programs in a wide variety of ways, our food pantries are able to better serve the community, and to provide fresh produce to pantry clients.

Thank you!
